December 3, 2019 I have many wonderful memories of Mrs. Simmons. I had the pleasure of growing up in the same neighborhood as the Simmons family in St. Albans, West Virginia. I became best friends with their precious daughter, Sheryl. I remember shopping trips, sleepovers, dance recitals, and parties with Sheryl and her mom. These are memories I will cherish forever.
Mrs. Simmons had such a caring nature. She was always thinking of others. She even cared for our two young sons when we had a sudden death in the family. Her kindness will never be forgotten. I'm so sorry for your loss. Your mother's memory will live in all of you, until you meet again. Love Always, Teresa Teresa Allison, Madison, AL December 2, 2019 Sylvia and I grew up one block apart in Sunset Park and attended school together from the second grade through high school. I am sad to learn of her passing. She was a wonderful person and she will be greatly missed. My prayers go out to all of you.
Maru Sue Fulcher Oots December 1, 2019 We are so sorry for all of you. Sylvia was a classic southern lady, full of grace and love. She was just so special. We knew her because we are Al Midlam's parents and spent quality time with her when we visited Charlotte. John and Judy Young John & Judy Young, Vandalia, Ohio November 28, 2019 My memories of Sylvia are mostly from fun days working together at Newbrough Photography.
