I'm so sorry for your loss. I just found out that Belisario passed away. He was my dad's first cousin but unfortunately lost touch over the years. Praying for you and your family.

Adelina, I felt such a sadness, over the General's death. He was a wonderful person. He was loved and respected by all he met. I was truly blessed to have you both in my life. We have lost a great person, but heaven now has a new General. My prayers to you and your family. Love you Elie

My sincere condolences to Gen. Flores' wife, family and friends at this time of sorrow and sadness.

I have known Belisario for many years, he was a very intelligent person with many years of life experiences.

From time to time we would meet to enjoy a breakfast and have great conversations with other friends, that shared their moments in time.

Gen. Flores was such a great person with a kind heart. All of us that new him will always remember him as a leader whom we looked up to.

Rest in peace my friend, you will never be forgotten.

Dan Martinez
