Our deepest sympathy to you, Helen, and your family. Remembering Dave as a jolly, kind man who always brightened the room wherever he was.

Sincerely,

I played with Dave Garman many times, and it was always a pleasure. At the time when he was the designated hitter (i.e., standby partner), I would sometimes come without a partner in the hope I would be paired with him. I think the club was a little bit brighter any day he was there.

As Dave's bridge partner we had many successes at the bridge table but I always enjoyed the way he would blows you a kiss when you put your hand down as dummy. He was a gentleman with a kind heart and a joy to be around. He will be missed.

I always enjoyed seeing Dave at the bridge club. He had a smile on his face and he always gave me a hug. I am sorry that he has passed because he was dear and I will miss him!
