David and Bonnie are together again. They gave our family many years of caring service and were a great team, both in and out of the professional practice.

My sincere condolences to the family for the loss of a brother, friend and ex boss. I was shocked to have found his obituary upon looking up a friend's passing. I thought of Dr. Gus often and missed him and my Bonita! I had some fun times working for him and will always remember how he made me laugh with his silly jokes and warm hugs. I'm sure you're at peace with the love of your life (Mrs. Bonnie).

Love and miss you always,

The Mindieta Family

I was in David's dental school class. We both started our practices in Austin in 1973 and lived together in a duplex on The High Road in Westlake. Everything written in his obituary is right on target. David was a great guy who loved life. He was dedicated to his profession and was a great dentist. I have great memories of David, Bonnie, and their dogs. He and Bonnie had a Weimaraner,Dixie,as their first dog when they were dating when I was still his roommate. All who knew David were blessed to have him in their lives.
