Dolly was a lovely person to work with at the Comptroller's old DOB. I especially admired her love for children and her walk with our Lord.

Dolly was an exceptional woman whose smile and laughter were infectious. She was a natural leader who always made time to show her employees how grateful she was for their hard work. I will never forget those huge meals she would prepare and bring to work to celebrate Thanksgiving. Dolly showed and expressed her appreciation all the time. She was a wonderful woman a great mentor and motivator. She had a way of helping expand her employees strengths. She will be remembered for her positive influence to others... Dolly made people feel better. She was an example of someone who did simple things for the benefit of others. A woman of service. I feel blessed to have known and worked with her. My sincere condolences to her family.
