We had many fun times together, working and traveling with the Tate air pollution control agency. I think about him all the time.

I'm so sorry about your loss. The neighborhood has missed his cheerful greetings, good-natured humor, and friendly conversation these last several years. My heart goes out to Gene and the girls. I lost my husband to cancer last year and before that, my sister's husband passed away after suffering from Alzheimer's. May God be with you and keep you in his care.

Every memory I have of Lou was of him laughing or smiling. Crissy and I were childhood friends and I spent many hours at the McCoy home, which was always a warm, kind, loving place to be. My condolences to Gene, Crissy, and Katy. My heart feels your loss today and I wish you all peace in the days and weeks ahead. We love you, Susie & Gabby
