I was very sad to hear of Otis' passing. I got to know Otis had Science Park and he had such a great sense of humor. RIP my friend.

Otis was a very good and loving friend from our high school days until he took flight. He was a devoted MAN that loved his family, friends and church deeply. I really will miss our chats. May God's LOVE bring you comfort and strength. May the love of all the fond memories bring you peace.

Ive been sad all day ever since I found out that ADTAC Jack is no longer with us. Otis and I have been friends ever since we met at Kadena AB, Japan back in 1974. I dont recall exactly, but it was Chief John Shields, Chief Ray Struble or myself that started calling him ADTAC Jack when he took the helm at Air Defense Tactical Air Command (ADTAC) Life Support after its headquarters moved to Langley AFB, VA where we were all stationed in the early 80s. During our time together at Langley is when I really got to know Otis. He was one beautiful individual inside and out and now Ill never get to hear his voice again. RIP my friend!
