My condolences to the Silvus family. Bob was a wonderful gentleman loved by many. I enjoyed singing with Bob for about 16 year in the Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church when we lived in Austin. I was saddened when our choir directoe, Emily Craven, contacted me to inform me of Bob's passing. I enjoyed many Wednesday nights and Sunday morning singing with Bob in the bass section. God bless Bob and his family.

My heartfelt sympathy to the Silvus family. Mr. Silvus hired me over 30 years ago to work for the state. He was always humble, and a great person to work for. May God keep each of you with your fondest memories of him.
