My wife Michelle and I knew Roy and Jayne as we were friends of Jayne's mom Betty Harmon (Lauzon) and as a coworker of Roy's at Energy Northwest. Very nice couple and Roy was a great guy to be around in stressful work situations..... he always stayed on an even keel. ..... and a die hard Coug!!! I remember the smack talk between Roy and his in-laws who were Huskies through and through.
Our condolences go out to Jayne and the family.

I met Roy back in the 90's when he and I both worked for IDC (now CH2M) on the Motorola project in Austin, TX. Roy was a great guy, hard worker and knowledgeable engineer. Very down to earth and would help you on the spur of a moment - I was very saddened to hear of his tragic passing. I would like to pass my condolences onto his family in this very tough time. May he rest in peace.
