We knew Sarah and Beeman at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Austin, Tx. and kept in touch for many years. Great disciples for Christ!
Don and Clara Smith of Luling, Texas.
May God be with the family as they mourn the loss of their beloved Wife and Mom and grand mother and know that she was loved by many.

We met Sarah and Beeman when we moved into GreenRidge Independent living apts., at Buckner Villas in May 2015. We mainly saw them at dinner hour, often sitting next to them. Sarah surely did have a radiant smile and friendly manner(as does) Beeman) We wish for Beeman and family that God comfort their hearts and give them peace at this very sad time. Indeed, after reading her obituary, she was a talented and active lady, sharing her life with others. God bless you all.

I knew Sarah through the University Ladies Club and LBJ. Wherever she was, she made a wonderful difference. She was kind, talented, generous, gracious, and a good friend. May God comfort her family with good memories.

My deepest sympathy and condolences to Beeman Phillips and the Phillips family on the loss of their beloved Sarah. I feel blessed to have experienced such a warm, intelligent, gracious and vivacious woman. And the strength of the love and commitment between Beeman and Sara was extraordinary to behold. Although I have many fond memories of Sarah by Beeman's side at school psychology functions over the years that bring a smile to my face, I think a favorite is one from my years as an Asst. Prof., in the office next to Beeman when just a few days before Christmas as we chatted, he gleefully shared the perfect, romantic Xmas gift he had bought that year for Sarah. I love that memory because it said so much not only about Beeman but also how he cherished his beautiful wife, Sarah.
