I regret that I did not know him, but all of us in the TLC community are saddened at his passing.

If only we could've had more time to catch up & enjoy family time together. Would've been awesome to to catch w/each other while enjoying some of grandpas aweaome ribs. I love you so much & I truly will miss you bunches cousin. Till we meet again....

It is hard to believe that the earth has lost you, Tony. A piece of my heart is broken, for no matter the time apart, we were like brothers and sisters growing up as cousins and there is nothing that will take those memories away. The world wasn't supposed to lose you so soon. It simply wasn't.

I will miss your posts on FB. I knew I could count on you to share your ideals on liberalism and passion for politics and not back down from a good debate. It was fun watching your feed and knowing that you were living a happy life. How proud I was of the man you became. In fact, my son, who never met you knew of you. Two weeks before you passed, he was wearing his Notre Dame shirt, his favorite team, and I was going to snap a picture to send to you and I didn't do that. I regret that now. I wanted to tell you that his dream is to go to school there and possibly play football there and that maybe we could meet up so you could talk to him about your experience there. He is young, but attending ND is a dream he has for himself. How I wish I would have sent that picture.

Your passing has taught me that living with a full heart is important and that nothing else matters in life. There is nothing more important in life than living a sound, loving, giving, fun filled life with family and friends. Seeing all the people at your service showed me that you did just that. You were loved by many. Thank you for the memories we shared growing up. I will never stop thinking about you.

My heart aches for your family.
