Bill stands out as a beacon of kindness and calm throughout the years I worked with him. I know he is greatly missed by his family and close friends. Rest in peace, Bill. Sue Haley

Bill was a wonderful person. He was brilliant. He was dedicated to the people he served. He was kind, compassionate, and had a great sense of humor. The world needed Bill, and he will be missed. May he rest in peace.

Bill and I worked together for many years at MHMR, DADS, then at HHSC. He was a valued colleague who's gentle spirit, quiet competence, incredible patience, and humor were part of his everyday interactions. I wish to express my deepest sympathy to his family for their loss and to express to them how highly he was regarded. I wish you peace in this very difficult time. Bye Bill. Karen Hardwick

Bill Davis was a kind and honorable man. When I think of Bill, I remember his intelligence, dedication and sense of humor. I had the honor of working with him for many years and have the greatest respect for him. I also remember Bill's devotion to his family. The love and dedication he showed to his family was beyond measure. He was a genuinely good person, which is a rare thing in my experience.
