We always shared tomatoes with Agnes and Bob when we would see them at church. They acted as if our tomatoes were the most special they'd ever had. They were a wonderful couple and we've missed them greatly.

Bob and Agnes have been missed here in Salem Oregon as members of Christ the Good Shepherd Church. They were like parents and friends to many .

On behalf of Louisiana Women Veterans, we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies to the family of Ms. Agnes J. Frey, U.S. Air Force veteran. We honor her with this poem and we are grateful for her service to our country:

She is a woman veteran
Whose service was true
She proudly served
The Red, White and Blue

She gave a part of her life
So others could be free
And without any hesitation
She joined unselfishly

She did her job well
With Honor and Pride
And served her great country
With the men alongside

We're proud today to know
That although she is gone
She goes on to glory
After a job "well done!"

And so, "Our Dear Sister"
We salute you today
A special Airman laid to rest
In this quiet, solemn way.

I'm sorry for your loss. Although your love one lived a long life, it doesn't make losing them any easier. May the family find hope in God during this time. (Ps. 27:14)
