Dorores was a dear aunt who could be relied on to always so warmly welcome me, so graciously receive me, and so faithfully pray for me. Her tender heart and generous spirit were always such a gift to me, and a visit with her lifted my spirits and blessed me abundantly. Whether it was playing a rousing game of cards, eating a meal together, or gathering with all the family, I knew that I was dear to her, as she was to me. The love of Christ shone through her and she played a large part in my own faith journey. This lovely woman of God, having joined the "great cloud of witnesses," will continue to bless me as I remember her loving presence in my life that carries on beyond her passing. I thank God that she was my precious aunt.

What a lovely face of Jesus she presented and His heart of hospitality. We will miss her smile and tender kindness that gave us always a warm welcome.
