John and I were so sorry to hear this. Last time we were able to spend time together was at the Reilly/McBride family reunion in Watertown, SD.,when Maggie was still alive. And, what a party! It was great that he was able to get back to Conde a few year back even if it meant that he missed the Reilly reunion scheduled a couple of weeks after. You are all in our prayers!

Lots of love to all the Dakota and West Coast Bertsch family. A life beautifully written, and beautifully lived.I have the honor and distinct pleasure of watching the three Gulfcoast granddaughters, and two more great-grandkids, of Mr. Bertsch, grow and flourish. I miss Gigi, and I know how much she loved and respected her mom and dad, and all of the strong family ties and values, that came from being one of such a large pack.I trust that the faith, humor, intelligence, and love, that flowed from Mr. Jim and Mrs. Maggie will sustain you all as you love one another through this earthly loss. 143.

Knew Jim back in the 80's when I was Terri Hall. Loved him and Maggie and the times we had back then. My heart goes out to the family. Love, Terri Adams (my maiden name)
