When i was little, i would always come over to my great grandma marlene's house. When ever it was nice outside, she would take me on a ride in a little red wagon with my stuffed animals and we would stroll around her neighborhood. And every morning she would prepare my favorite oat meal and hot cocoa for breakfast, and we would watch Mickey mouse together. We had a funny thing called "walk-o-man" it was a cute little game we would always have fun playing. And everynight I would sit on her lap while she was in her rocking chair, and we would tell eachother stories and she would read my favorite childhood books "you're my miracle" and another book about an owl. We would always play pattycake and gingerbread man. We did everything together, I miss her so much. She was the best great grandma in the entire world.

I remember many conversations when Marlene worked at K-Mart. During the holidays especially she had a knack for greeting shoppers, singing carols AND visiting with us. Quite the lady! Rest peacefully, Marlene.
