Donald Dave The Mayor, Cr Mark Radford, Councillors, Chief Executive Officer Sunil Bhalla, Directors and staff of the Horsham Rural City Council express their sincere and deepest sympathy on the recent passing of Dave. Dave first commenced work with the Shire of Arapiles in 1988 and retired with the Horsham Rural City Council in 2008, after 20 years of loyal service. Dave was a committed leader of the road maintenance team and will be remembered as a tireless worker who loved nothing more than "doing a great job". Our condolences are extended to Dave's family.
