Doug was the eldest of my Canadian cousins and I always looked forward to seeing him and his brother Ken when I was a youngster because they always had snow and we didn't have any in NC, and when we were older they always went to Myrtle Beach in the summer so we were blessed to see them atleast twice a year. Love you and will miss you so!

My sincere condolences to the Campbell family. Doug was a terrific person. We both worked for the City of St. Catharines for many years and were peers. He was in Engineering and I was in Parks. Whenever I needed his assistance he was always there for me. He was well like by his employees and would often go out of his way to ensure that his employees worked safely and efficiently. May Doug rest in peace
