Passed away suddenly at the Welland Hospital on Sunday, June 6, 2021 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Sandra (nee Endacott) McIntyre. Loving father of Erin (Ken) Parsons, Dean (Jen) McIntyre, Keith (Jessica) Busch, Lisa Busch, Amy Weston and Devon McIntyre. Cherished grandfather of Forbes McIntyre, Gage Weston and Madelyn Weston. Dear brother of Victor (Catherine) McIntyre, Monique McIntyre and Carol-Anne McIntyre. Dear son-in-law of Claire Wilby and brother-in-law of Carolyn Endacott and Linda Endacott. He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and many friends. Jerry was predeceased by his first wife Darlene McIntyre and parents William and Kathleen McIntyre. Jerry lived life to the fullest. He was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He always put others first and he was a warm person who helped anyone in need. He enjoyed woodworking and home projects for the family and was very skilled at both. He loved to play pool and cribbage with his friends. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and "shareholder". Most of all though he loved his family and spending time with them. Jerry, Dad, Papa was the centre of our family and we will always miss him. Dear Erin, Dean and Amy, We were so sorry to hear about your Dad. Even though we haven't seen him for a few years he was thought of often. Your Mom was my dear friend...I don't know if you remember me or not. Anyway, again we are very sorry for your loss and wish we had seen your Dad lately.
Love to all of you.

I have so many happy memories of working with Jerry 40+years ago. He was always a gentleman & up for a good laugh. Many years have passed since we spoke but he is one person who I will never forget. I’m truly sorry for your loss & pray that your happy memories strengthen you over the next hard months. I’ll see you on the other side one day “Toots” save me a seat. Karen Backshall (nee Simpson)

Dear Sandra and Devon --- I am so, so sorry to hear of Jerry's sudden death. Please accept my condolences. I will offer my Sunday Mass for Jerry and for the two of you. I was 10 years old when my Dad died suddenly of a heart attack. I can feel a little your pain and your loss. We never know in this life. We are often caught unprepared. I pray that God's healing grace may be with the two you and with your family.
