Peacefully, with family at her side, at Joseph Brant Hospital on October 9, 2021. Reunited with her husband of 50 years, Tony (2004). Loving mother to Stephanie, Timothy (Leslie), John, Mike (Terry-Lynn), and Cathy (Mark). Proud Baba to Jess, Sara, Alexandra, David, Kevin, Nolan, Marlo and Alden. Stephanie was born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan to Harold and Annie Prystai. The youngest of seven children, she was predeceased by her siblings George, Mary, Peter, Bill, Harry and Metro. She enjoyed her nursing career and later volunteered in local nursing homes. Stephanie and Tony raised their family in Niagara Falls before moving to Burlington. Mom loved gardening, cooking for the family, travelling the world with Dad by her side, and enjoying a nice glass of red wine. Stephanie was a devout Catholic and a member of the Catholic Women's League at St. Raphael's Church in Burlington. Stephanie spent the last several years of her life at the Village of Tansley Woods, where she continued travelling with the "Tansley Trippers" and getting out for a coffee with her family. Many thanks to the staff at Tansley for their attentive and wonderful care. In remembrance of Stephanie, please enjoy a glass of your favourite wine. In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

I worked for Tony Fredo at Ford Motor Company in Oakville for many years and couldn't have a better Boss. Tony talked of Stephanie a lot and when we met we liked her a lot. Now she is with Tony in a better place. My heartfelt condolences to all of the Family.
