My sympathies go out to the Meiners family. I had the honor of working for Red and I must say it was the best group of guys I ever worked with. Red taught me a lot about a solid work ethic and customer relations. He was always very fair with me and I always enjoyed his quick wit and humor. I was very sad when he closed up in 1985. Though, when he closed, it gave Ken and I the chance to start up our own company. To this day, I have kept his school-bus yellow vans, that were his trademark colors. Quite a few Meiners employees have passed on before Red. He might just think about getting all the folks together again. See you again someday Red. God bless you.

I am so sorry for your loss, yet so grateful for his life and example. I can trace my career to a handful of people, and Uncle Red's love of nature, is one of these people. I treasure my memories of him.
