Words alone cannot express the sorrow I feel in the loss of a Dear Friend of 40 years. Her spirit lives on and always will. The times we laughed are in the memories of us whose lives she touched. The memories will remain forever. Rest in peace Dear Friend .

No words can adequately express the depth of my feeling. I have lost a dear friend. We will all miss her but she will live on for us, in sterling memories. She possessed great personal charm and understanding. She captured the imagination and affection of all her associates. None who were privileged to be associated with her in communal, humanitarian, professional or social life failed to be impressed by her sweetness, convinced of her sincerity and enriched by her warmth. May she rest in peace and may God give condolence and comfort to her family and many many friends. Dennis "Mardy" Cuypers (Kirkwood, MO)

I overheard someone say "We need more people like Val in this world. How True ! She was generous, caring, loyal, kind and self-sacrificing. She had a heart of gold filled with love. And what a great sense of humor! She was quick-witted and it was a joy to be in her presence. We have lost a gem. We will never forget her.

I am deeply saddened that my dear Friend Val, has passed away. She has been a customer of my pool service since the early 90's and had became a dear friend as well.
I often thought of her as a second Mom to me. :)
I would always have my annual Birthday Swim & BBQ parties at her home. She really enjoyed meeting my friends and letting me have them there. She was such a super host, and I for one will really miss her. I would also often visit her and watch Cardinals & Blues games with her along with her or I'd bring some DVD's to sit & watch too.
I will certainly cherish the fond memories of all the good times we had and I will certainly miss her cooking. :)
Now that she's made it to Heaven, I hope she gets to meet the rest of my Family too.
