I never knew about this until I googled our dads band. So many nice things said here. Brent your dad made my dad so happy. He got excited whenever he talked about him. When I finally met you two after hearing so much about him, I see why. It's crazy to think someone can be so halarius. He was always good at putting smiles on other peoples faces. The Dubuisson's love you Brent!

Johnny was one of the most musically passionate musicians, I ever met.
He guided many gulf coast musicians musical lives with his strong and sometimes overbearing personality. But the bottom-line is he could get the jobs and keep the band going.
Johnny was friend with a lot of famous New Orleans music greats and until his death, was always planning a come back -Jerry Hooker
