Ann and family, my heart goes to you and I'm thinking of you. I was so honored to meet Lenny (as Patrick introduced me to him) and so enjoyed our breakfasts at the drugstore and the tales the two men shared, the jokes made and the wonderful teasing and wit of these two men. I know you must be lost without him but, I can not help but smile thinking of those two, sitting on a cloud, looking down and discussing our plights down here in the most colorful, animated and comical ways. All My Love!

During my childhood, Uncle Leonard showed me what the phrase "a twinkle in his eye" meant. He was the master of the tease! It was a comfort to me that when my sister was in an automobile accident at the beach, he was there as a strong support. Condolences of the highest order.

I wish I had the opportunity to tell him goodbye. Uncle Leonard will be dearly missed. We always loved to see him at Pops and Grandma Shirley's and when we would visit for breakfast at Jerry Lee's on Sundays. He was a kind jovial man who loved his friends and family! Goodbye Great Uncle Leonard, we love you!
