Mariann and I went to high school and the novitiate together and were both assigned to Richmond. Her enthusiasm, humor and joy were contagious. I am so saddened by your loss and extend my sympathy to the entire Kiar family.
Sincerely,
Joan M. Quill (Fairfax, VA)

I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Mariann as a caring friend and great mother. I remember when Martin was born she wouldn't even pat his back to get a burp! She was one of the kindest people I've ever known.
