Victor Hinds Obituary

Victor George Hinds, 77, died November 19, 2016. Born in Jamaica, he retired to Lauderhill 2001, where he resided in Las Vistas at Inverrary Condominiums. He became an integral part of this vibrant community. He is survived by his loving wife, Claudette Johnson Hinds; beloved children, Laura Lorraine and Aston Findlay Hinds; and his adoring daughter-in-law, Leah Xenia Hynansky; a close aunt, Annie Mears; attentive cousins Clarence (Jr) and Alfred Mears; a caring niece Asneth (June) Council; as well as a loyal brother-in-law, Winston Johnson. Though predeceased by numerous family members, Victor also leaves to mourn brothers: Kenneth, Leepert, and Purchase Hinds; sisters Veronica (Gloria) Simms, Eulalee (Cherry) Miller, and Ives (Chiquita) Faulknor; in addition to a host of other family, neighbors, and friends. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Sunday at T.M. Ralph Funeral Home Plantation, a serivce will be held at 6:30 PM. Repast will be held at Las Vistas following the service.
