Freddy Stockton
Freddy Stockton, 74 of Van Buren passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in his home. He was retired from International Paper Company as a salesman and also owned Small World Souvenirs, Inc. He was an antique hobbyist, loved woodworking and was a devoted family man. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Van Buren. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Cora (Stringer) Stockton; one sister Loretta Butler.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years Carolyn Stockton of the home; two daughters Michelle Pendergraft and husband Randy of Alma and Melissa Peterson and husband Kevin of Broken Arrow; two sisters Betty Mann and husband Manuel of Booneville and Brenda Burkhart of Van Buren; a brother Larry Stockton of Fort Smith; five grandchildren Dexter Pendergraft and wife Sarah of Van Buren, Dalton Pendergraft and wife Alex of Alma, Drake Pendergraft of Cecil, Arkansas, Jake Peterson of Tulsa, Hannah Fischer and husband Caleb of Van Buren; two great-grandchildren Denver Pendergraft of Alma and Magnolia Pendergraft of Van Buren.
Funeral services will be 12 (Noon), Friday August 6, 2021 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Joe Paul Sirmon, Charlie Williams, Bill Coleman, Dexter Pendergraft, Dalton Pendergraft, Drake Pendergraft, Jake Peterson and Caleb Fischer.
