Dear Judy Lattif,
My sincere condolences.
I am saddened to learn of your husband's passing. As a Bozo historian, I had been looking for him for several years. I had desired to document his career and time as Bozo.
I hope that you and I can make contact and with the help of the family, I may be able to add his story to my research files.

May the Holy Spirit bless and keep you.

How fortunate many of us were to rekindle our relationship with Michael in Syracuse for a Middle Eastern feast. So many meaningful and lovely memories of all the Lattifs and Etolls. Gatherings at their house across from the park, their parents - always generous -and Sue, Michael and Chuck as one with us. We always felt as one family. So sorry - so much sadness and loss. So very sorry to hear about Mike. I spoke by phone with him years ago for a TV9 anniversary special, and he was wonderful. (And his colleagues who had worked with him all had great things to say.) He was part of CNY TV history, and will be missed.

Our condolences to the entire Lattif family. Michael's sparkling personality made every interaction with him memorable. I especially remember Michael and Judy joining us in Syracuse for our Lebanese dinner, complete with raw kibbeh.

Michael was a pleasure to be with and work with. His ability to establish relationships with corporate clients led to a creative partnership that I will always value—as well as a lasting friendship extending to our spouses.

With sadness, Joyce and I extend our condolences to Judy, Jonathan and Jessica. In light of Michael’s recent struggles, we find solace in his resting in peace.

Michael Lattif was my best friend when we were growing up on Roberts Avenue when we were between about 7 to 10 years old. Ate many lunches at his house and played lots of games, including real pin-ball machines in his basement. He was always a fun guy to be around. He'll definitely be missed by all who knew him.
