Roberta Harper November 26, 2020 Mrs. Roberta Harper, 88, of Syracuse, departed this life November 26th at Crouse Hospital. She was born December 17, 1931 in Citronelle, AL to the late Robert Williams and Mary Alexander. Calling hours will be Friday, December 4th, 10:30 to 11:30 am at Garland Bros. Funeral Home, 143 martin Luther King West, with services to follow at 11:30 am. Due to NYS Covid-19 precautions, attendees are required to wear masks, observe social distancing and with the exception of immediate family, to enter, view and exit during calling hours.
