PROCTOR, Holly Hope 66, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at the Meritus Medical Center with family and friends by her side. Born Saturday, August 28, 1954 in New Bedford, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Edward Hall and the late Frances Rae (Minerd) Hall. Holly graduated from Wilmington Area High School, PA and later graduated from Hood College with honors. Holly volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washington County for many years. She is survived by her husband of 33 years L. William Proctor Jr.; two sons, John W. Proctor and fiancé, Bethany Garnand of Hagerstown, MD and Kevin Lawrence Proctor of Myrtle Beach, SC; sister, Sherry R. Manchester and husband, Jim of Palm Harbor, FL; brother, Bill E. Hall and wife, Eileen of Altoona, PA; two nieces, Jamie L. Stahlbock and husband Dennis and their children, Reece and Charlee and Jackie L. Haas and husband, Rawie and their daugter, Birdie both of Palm Harbor, FL. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jack E. Hall. A celebration of Holly's life will held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd North, Hagerstown, MD. I still remember how kind Holly was when she came into the office I worked in 6 years ago to help out my boss who was her husband. Always a nice greeting and an effort to make sure the employees were happy were her trademarks. I remember having many down to earth conversations with Holly. She never gave off a vibe that she was the boss's wife. I wish we could've had her around more. I know her family will miss her loving way. She was really a class act
