Mary is survived by husband, Brian; daughter, Brianna; sister, Pamela; brother, Steven; grandchildren. James and Noelle. were the sparkle of her eye. Katie Smith was her lifelong childhood friend. Best teacher ever. Sweetest person ever. Life wasnt fair and you really didn't care because you always thought of others before yourself. I will miss our visits and conversations. We really got to know each other the last 6 years and I will always be grateful for that. I love you Mary, see you on the other side.

Mary was my best friend when we worked side by side at Bear Creek. I learned so much from her and especially how to laugh when the stress got to be too much. She was loved by her students and the faculty because she respected everyone. My heart is heavy.

Mrs. Reed was my first grade teacher at Bear Creek over 20 years ago. She was one of the best teachers I have ever had and she is one of my inspirations to become a teacher myself. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She will always be a special teacher and person to me. My deepest condolences to her family! I know she will be missed dearly.

Mary it was such a joy teaching along side of you. You were an inspiration to not just the hundreds of children, but to me as well as everyone around you. You taught me to teach from the heart first, build the connections, and always keep the focus on what's best for the students in front of you. Thank you Mary for being a wonderful mentor, co-worker, and friend. I will cherish our memories and laughs. Praying your family gets some comfort during this time in knowing you are free of any more pain and Resting in Peace.
