To the extended Cook family. So sorry to hear of Lens passing. I fondly remember the delightful meals at the Piccadilly when visiting New Plymouth from Okato. Also chatting to Len at the NP Club with that lovely smiling face. A mighty totara has fallen. Arohanui.

Dear Cheryl and Alan and families. Such a wonderful man was Len, my friend and neighbour's brother-inlaw (Pat Bruce, the youngest Sisarich girl). Len was such a gentleman and could cheer even the darkest day with his happy chats if you were lucky enough to meet up with him in later times on the walkway in his electric getabout scooter. I had only seen him a couple of times since the last family funeral I attended but will always remember him with fondness. R.I.P.Len from Lynne Hines.

Condolences to Cheryl, Alan and family. Gosh, this brings back memories of the Piccadilly. Late 50s/early 60s Saturday afternoon movies and serials at the Opera House, Jaffas rolled through the seats, then sixpence worth of Piccadilly chips with a packet of salt for the walk home.
