Mrs. Sharon (Tweedy) Waterman, age 53, of Taunton, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday March 7th, 2019. Sharon was the loving wife of Michael W. Waterman. A lifelong city resident, she was born on August 30th, 1965 to Richard and Sally (Paiva) Tweedy. A Taunton High School graduate, Sharon was a volunteer for the Cub Scouts and enjoyed doing arts & crafts and playing Bingo. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. Besides her loving husband, Sharon is survived by her two sons: Ryan Frith and his wife Megan of Taunton, and Zachary Waterman and his partner Ashley Williams of Taunton; Her 3 brothers: Richard Tweedy and his wife Faith of Stoughton, Ronald LaPointe and his wife Donna of Taunton and Donald LaPointe and his wife Dawn of Taunton; Her sister: Deborah Hayes and her husband Richard of Bourne. She was also the sister of the late David Tweedy and his wife Sharon of Taunton. She also leaves her 3 grandchildren: Kayley Matteson, Kenna Frith, and Kaleb Frith; as well as many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held at the Riendeau Mulvey Funeral Home on Sunday March 10th from 3-6 PM with a service to follow at 6 PM. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
