Chaun Ralls
May 26,1969 May 11, 2020
Our hearts are shattered by his passing. Our world will never be the same.
He was truly unique. He was capable of everything.
He built race cars, added onto his house and built computers.
He loved doing hardscape and landscape.
He was extremely artistic and musical.
As a youth, he loved playing soccer, going camping and fishing.
In high school he became a DJ.
He knew every song and who the artist was.
He had a passion for everything automotive. He loved racing his custom made truck.
Chaun grew up in Manhattan Beach and attended Pacific, Center Jr High and Mira Costa.
He had many jobs. His main ones were with Mattel and Disney designing computer games.
He loved his family fiercely! He was like a warrior protecting them.
No matter how ill he felt, he never said no to anyone if they needed something.
No matter how big or small, he would do it.
Chaun was a huge presence. He was always telling stories and jokes. He would even dress in character .
He would make us laugh until we hurt.
He was very kind. He always tried to see the good in everyone.
What he would want for us all is to be happy, love your family and friends
and to be well and appreciate what you have.
There are many wonderful memories of Chaun.
He was a force!
Chaun remains loved by his wife Tanya, sons Brody and Logan, his parents Mary and Stan,
brother Derek (Meghan) his sister Sarah and her family, in-laws Mearlyn and Frank Stein
and many relatives and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Chaun in the future.
Chaun's friends set up a gofundme site on behalf of his wife and sons. With all the emotional stress that this has brought onto his family, it also brings financial burdens. He was on disability which his family will no longer receive and one of his biggest concerns was how would they make it without him.
Times are tough for so many right now.
We are so very thankful for any support you may be able to offer. No amount is too small.
We also ask to keep his family in your prayers.
We love you Chaun.
Thank you,
Amy Cartee, Brett Rochlitz, Michelle Clairmont
