I'm really sorry to miss tomorrow, Carl was a wonderful husband and father to my dear friends and he was a wonderful friend to me. I so wish I could be with you all tomorrow for his tribute.

We remember all the wonderful times we had together , skiing near your house,while your mother watched all the kids (and hung up their wet snowsuits afterwards) Then there was the sauna and food and drink, while Carl had us in stitches with his wonderful sense of humor!
