Mr. & Mrs. Kelly were fond friends of my parents, Erwin & Chris Montany, and from our family to yours, our heartfelt condolences, thoughts and prayers.

Mr. Kelly was a class act as a human being. He is remembered by me dressed in a suit sitting on our living room floor playing a game of knock hockey with my brother. He was a very thoughtful individual who showed enormous kindness to everyone he encountered. My condolences to his family.

Forest was a dedicated and influential member of the Executive Committee of the then Oneida County Industrial Development. He was a strong supporter of attracting new jobs and investment into the community. As its staff head, I had the pleasure of working closely with him and other Oneida National stalwarts such as Jack McKenna.Forest held his civic duties high. I was not as fortunate to encounter him on the golf course.
