To the James Grotz, Jr's family, I was shocked to read about his death in the Brooke County Review today. Jim and I were classmates and class officers together at Wellsburg High. Rachel, I recall meeting you and talking with you at our 50th reunion in 2010. I am so sorry for you loss;he was a great guy with a generous heart. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Very sincerely, Judith Cipoletti Conner, 3815 W. Hillcrest Drive, Boise, ID 83705

Jim was truly a caring individual and was always the first to step up to help someone, even if he didn't actually know the person in need. Always had a warm greeting and a thank you for even the smallest favor. The family can be proud of Jim
