It was my honor and pleasure to work with Brian and Shelli during her pregnancies and to be involved in her health care. Her visits were always bright spots of light and laughter. We had friends in common as well, and both served in the USAF. My darling Shelli, I shall miss your infectious smile.

Although I never met Shelli , I am sure she was a wonderful wife and mother as so many have spoken so well of her. Brian , I can barely think of adequate words to say to you other than cling to Jesus. You are thought of and carded about by our family. God Got you.

Shelli was a friend. She was a shining example of Christ. She was a sweet girl then an amazing young woman full of hopes and dreams. She was a trailblazer in so many ways. She was a part of our Chapel Family, and an adopted member of our family. She was a reflection of her Dad and Mom. We will always love and miss you Shelli. So sorry we lost touch. So happy you found your place in this world. See you in Heaven.

I was lucky enough to meet Shelli 2 years ago through my Bestfriend Anita Daneker. Since that very first meeting around my swimming pool with Little Josie by her side, I instantly felt a deep connection with her. She’s full of life! Always leans in for a listen! Loves to laugh! Gives soo much of herself to others. Loves Jesus! And loves people! We spent many more days around my pool and some girls nights out with friends! I’m soo broken over such a loss and soo thankful that I know...that I know...you are more alive than ever before in Heaven today! You are NOW a part of my future NOT my past because of the hope we both have in Christ! I love you my friend and soo honored to have a front row seat at you Celebration Of Life Service tomorrow! Always And Forever!

Shelli was a lifelong friend. She joined the Air Force out of a calling to serve the Nation, as her dad did. She tackled every challenge and dream with determination and a smile. Her strong Faith was the center of her life. These are the things I remember about my friend. Praying for her husband, children, and mother during these difficult times. Shelli will be watching over them.

Though it's been a few years since we last saw Shelli, her friendship and generous spirit have remained with me. I cherish the time we spent together in Fort Worth and wish we had remained in touch through the years. I'm thankful she met Brian and lived out her dream with him and their family in Nashville! This world has lost a beautiful soul while heaven has gained an angel. I'll miss you friend!
