Dear Hope and Family,
My sincere wish and prayers for your peace and understanding at the loss of Jack. I trust the many memories of time with him will help during this difficult time. It was a privilege to know him and be his physician.

We fondly remember Jack as a true gentleman with an infectious smile and mischievous glint in his eyes. He truly loved his family which he displayed through his devotion to them. He freely offered calm inspiration to those who crossed his path. We are grateful we had a chance to know him through our dear friend Janie. Jack, you are loved and will be missed by many.

The most memorable thing for me about Grandpa Jack was his laugh. He was a happy, positive person with a very contagious and characteristic laugh. He possessed true character and was one of a kind. The cherished, golden generation. We will greatly miss you. XOXO Stefanie
