I was only a neighbor of Mr. Billy’s a short time he was such a kind man he would leave a bag of vegetables hanging on the gate or fence. May God send your family comfort in this time of need.

I was Mr Billy’s neighbor for over 30 years . He was a wonderful man that loved God & all his family & friends . I can’t remember a time that I came down my driveway that Mr Billy didn’t flag me down to tell me that he loved me . I can promise that he is rejoicing in heaven .
