David was a good friend of mine at Southeastern and its hard to believe that he has passed. We had some great times while participating in the Army ROTC program, going out to the Brown Door or other local hangouts that college kids normally go to. While he may be gone physically he will always bring a smile to my face as I think back at the times we shared in College. Will see you on the other side....

Mr. David was a great 4-H agent who dedicated his life to children. I will never forget his calm, helpful demeanor as willingness to serve others. He will be greatly missed.

Very very kind man, devoted so much to his 4-h community, I was member from 1997-2005 and don't recall any event I didn't see him at. So very sorry for your loss, he will be missed!

So sorry to hear about this Mr. David was a friend and a mentor to me, my wife and 2 sons 14 years our boy were in 4H with Mr. David at the lead. Always there and willing to help. How did he spread himself so thin, if you were in the cattle barn he was there hog barn he was there? Never a harsh word to anyone. My boys were never worried if they asked Mr. David a question that they would get fussed at. Love Love Love The Conly Family

To David's family and friends,
Mr. David and the 4 H program played an integral part in the development of my children Meredith, Linus, Silas, Jesse and Jennie's lives. He had the unique ability to teach and express himself in only kind and positive ways. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to have spent many hours in his presence.
