Gloria Arlene Gobble Stevens went to be with her Lord and Savior on Good Friday, April 2, 2021. She was 85 years old and was retired from Owens Cleaners in Jackson with 25 years of service. Visitation will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary on Saturday, April 10, 2021 from 9am until service time at 12pm. Burial will be in Second Baptist Church Cemetery, Jackson. She is survived by her daughter, Colleen Owens and husband, James and 2 sons, Clinton Price and wife, Suki and Clayton Price and wife, Bonnie. Grandchildren, Kelly Price, Angela Price, Michael R. Harrell, Jeffrey Harrell and Donna Byrd. Great grandchildren, Serenity Price, Brendan McCaa, Preston Harrell, McKenzie Harrell Shealynn Harrell, Michael A. Harrell, Kerstyn Harrell, Delia Bibbs, Collin Harrell, Abel Harrell, Kennedy Goodson, Alexius Howell, Jonathon Howell, Jordan Byrd and Toby Byrd. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Mary Gobble and sisters, Winifred Schaaf, Dolores Swihart, Irene Grelyak, Dorothy Kirpluk and Carolyn Hunsucker and brothers, Eugene Drzonek, Ted Drzonek, and Stanley Drzonek. Pallbearers will be Michael R. Harrell, Jeffrey Harrell, Jonathon Harrell, Brendan McCaa, Preston Harrell, Michael O. Harrell and Michael A. Harrell. Gloria loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved music and had a great love for Jesus. She was dedicated to her job and her customers. I remember Sis. Arlene from going to church and also talking with her @ the cleaners or in the grocery store. She was always such a sweet loving friend. The family are in my thoughts and prayers.
