Once you met him you never forgot him. A true friend to all, generous, loving and a perfectionist. Jerry Milton Campbell, AIA Architect, passed away on January 19, 2021, after a brief bout with cancer. He was an accomplished architect who practiced 55 years with various projects for LSU and the State of Louisiana. Jerry is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Campbell; daughter, Bonnie Marquette and husband, David; grandchildren, Brandi Herndon and husband, Peter, Christin Stewart, and Devon Anderson and husband, Jonathan So; great-grandchildren, Peyton and Randi Kimball; nephew, Sean Campbell; and numerous other family members. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Josephine & Barto Campbell; and his brother, Glynn Campbell. Due to Covid, there will be no funeral. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Jerry's name to your favorite charity. Greenoaks Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Jerry was a good friend of my Father's Who was an architect too. They made Christmas presents for many years together to bring a little love and joy to their family and friends. My condolences to Mary Keeping family in my prayers!

Jerry was a perfectionist. Not only in his job but his family too. I know as a contractor that did many jobs with him but he was fair and honest as well as very funny. His family was his inspiration.
He was my friend and loved the deer tomalleys I would bring him
