GLEESON Bernadette 'Detta'

After a lengthy battle with cancer, Detta
Gleeson died in Brisbane
on 10 December. For many years, before taking up postings as a health delegate with the International Committee of Red Cross in troublespots throughout the world, Detta worked in the 1980s at Epworth Hospital Richmond in
the Coronary Care unit.

Detta is mourned by friends and relatives, and the many clinical colleagues with whom she came into contact professionally. She will be sadly missed by people around the world.

A Celebration of her life will be held in Melbourne in the New Year.
