It was a pleasure to work with June when she was President of the EMC Auxiliary and to witness her leadership qualities, her charm and delightful sense of humor. She was very supportive of me in my new position as director of Volunteer Services. We worked very well together and had fun too. Her Obituary reflects the very special lady she was.

Such a dear genuine person. June always thought of others before herself. A beautiful woman inside and out. She is cherished now in her death but was also beloved in her lifetime.

I was very sad to read about the passing of June Michalove. I h ave worked at La Quinta Country Club for many years and always enjoyed the Michalove's . Very sweet people, they are remembered fondly.

From 1989 until they left the desert, I was privileged to have a wonderful friendship with June during my employment at Eisenhower Medical center. We worked on events together and she was a source of strength when our own daughter was struggling with a drug problem during teen years. I missed her and Phil when they decided to not return to La Quinta. She holds a special place in my heart.
