Dear Werksman Family,

My parents, Beatrice and Joseph Rapkin were friends of your parents and knew and enjoyed you children, as youngsters. I had the great pleasure of meeting your parents and knew them since I was in my 20's - and am now 82.
I will best and always remember both of your parents as being completely devoted to their children and grandchildren, and worked so very hard to be sure that each of their children received an outstanding education and a multitude of opportunities to realize their potential as adults.

I shall dearly miss your beloved Mother who was a marvelous example of perfectionism in everything she chose to do - as a caring daughter, devoted wife, loving Mother, generous donor to charities, who gave unselfishly of herself to help so many, many people. I know that each of you will always cherish the wonderful moments that you shared.

With loving thoughts to each of you, in which my husband, Jim, joins me, I am, most fondly,.

Carolyn R. Ausman
