It is hard to grasp the news of Adrian's passing, she was such a vibrant force, and determined to fully embrace all of life's experiences, wherever they took her.
We shared the joy of motherhood, as older first-time moms. Learning to balance rest and play, adopting strategies to help each other get time for ourselves. She taught me a lot! We saw each other's children achieve their goals and were happy to celebrate their moments. Adrian generously shared her laughter and her love of creative projects. Our thoughts are with Samantha and Elizabeth as they mourn the loss of a wonderful mother.

It is not easy to say goodbye to a friend like Adrian but I feel she will be with me forever in spirit. She accomplished a lot, lived and loved life to the fullest with her adorable daughters at her side. She won't be forgotten and leaves behind such a positive imprint on those that she met. Adrian was a breath of fresh air and a wonderful person. I shall cherish the moments we shared and know it is not the end for us. I will hear her laughter when I tell a joke, hear her encouraging words when I duff one off the tee, and feel her smile when I do something we did together regularly. I'm so lucky to have been her friend.

How terribly sad! Wonderful memories of Adrian making our whole class keel over laughing, with her keen wit and unrestrainable good humour. Blessings on your family over the coming months and years as you remember and mourn her loss.

On behalf of Jane and the Tracy family, we are devastated to hear this tragic news. Our deepest sympathy and love are extended to the entire family, but especially to Sam, who roomed with Jane in their first year at Queen's. Move in day was our introduction to Adrian. An adoring mother filled with pride and excitement for the adventure Sam was embarking on. As parents, we connected instantly and spent the day shopping, stocking piling, setting up and creating a comfy home for our two new Queen's gals! It was easy to quickly get a sense of her character: passionate, hilarious, caring and proud. We are sending love and support to Sam and the entire family at this time of immense loss and grief.
