I am very sorry to hear of George's passing. Mr. Moad had a big personality and I always enjoyed our lively conversations when I saw him for his eye exams. Sending my deepest condolences to his friends and family.
Sincerely,
Karina Marcovitch (Toronto Eye Clinic)

Louise,
George will be sorely missed. Long phone conversations and dinners were always an adventure with George. They were lively, sometimes frustrating but always such a pleasure. His love, dedication and respect of my Dad were reciprocated and their get together's always memorable, laughter, disagreements and possibly some alcohol were always involved! He was a wonderful support to my Mom when my Dad passed. Heaven is in for a wild ride with the two of them there together. George also meant a great deal to my son Matt and the two of them had a wonderful friendship.
When George called, my boss would roll his eyes, close my office door in full knowledge that i was in for a long lively conversation. While we did not always agree, certainly not politically, it was always a debate with mutual respect and at least on my part admiration, I learned a lot, laughed a lot and he helped me in ways he may never have known.
I will miss him greatly, he was a wonderful, quirky, lovely gentleman.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
