I met Nancy and Duncan Edmonds at The Old Author's Farm in Morrisburg many years ago. Duncan and I used to have interesting discussions about history. Duncan volunteered to visit my grade 13 history class. He wanted to talk about the way the border between the Canada and the United States was formed. I found his talk fascinating and my students loved him. He had so much information, yet he was able to provide the important details to us in an interesting way. I am in a book club with his wife, Nancy, and he spoke to us this July about Clementine Churchill since we had read a book about her for that month's selection. Again, he gave a wonderful presentation. I remember Duncan as an intelligent, gentle man and an excellent teacher. Judy Lugg, retired teacher
