Kenny and I were fellow regional economists when we worked at CEIC and later HRDC (New Brunswick for me and Alberta for Ken). I always enjoyed seeing him at our conferences. His warm personality, subtle sense of humour, and willingness to offer help to colleagues were some of his many strengths. I saw him a few times in Kanata, since we both moved here later in our careers. He still looked the same to me as 20 years before, and still possessed that mischievous grin and opening dry joke. You'll be missed, Kenny.
